01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Step through the door into the interaction area, and sociable birds fly up close in greeting. Torino iru Cafe is an encounter lounge where guests can spend time in close quarters with an assortment of parakeets, conures, and parrots. Centered around lively sun conures, the open room is also home to majestic macaws, rose-ringed parakeets, and African greys drifting about at their own pace, often landing gently on an outstretched arm or shoulder.
For a more spirited exchange, visitors can purchase capsule treats for hand-feeding. The moment sunflower seeds or dried fruit appear, birds gather and playfully coax for a bite, filling the room with cheerful energy. Because the curious birds enjoy playing and clambering over visitors, wearing clothes that you do not mind getting slightly dirty helps make the experience worry-free.
After spending time with the flock, browsing the cafe’s wide selection of bird-themed merchandise is another highlight. Major credit cards and PayPay are accepted, making this a convenient stop to soak up the warmth and cheerful chatter of birds while strolling through Sendagi.
